problems with my newly build zw-44

finshed a zw-44 clone, using torchy´s vero layout, a few days ago and it sounds great....when it works. It sometimes just stops working. The led is on and you can hear it far far away in the amp. And if you keep turning it on and off for some time it suddenly comes to life again. I´ve checked the switch, nothing wrong there. Also checked for bad solders och broken wires, but nothing. Got any ideas?

could be grounding out somewhere in the box ... is it in a box yet ? Usually these intermittent problems are the hardest to find! ...

tried both outside and inside the box

hmmm .weird ... have you resoldered everything  ... just touch the iron to ech spot for a sec as it could be a cold solder were a lead is touching intermittently.

don´t have the solderiron home right now, but i will try that as soon as i get the chance
