remote relay

Hello. I'm trying to build a single remote/relay, I tried the circuit at the bottom of the page titled "A Remote Indicating Effects Bypass System" by R.G. Keen. After building it I dug through the search function to debug this, and found a post he said there's a "switching issue" with it (it's the one with nec ed2-12nj). Anyway, does anyone have a simple one relay schematic available? Or can help me with this ed2 relay? I don't need a multi-remote system, just one.

Maybe...

The switching issue is that the original "bypass all" is incorrect. I'm going to replace the schemo with a correct one. Sit tight. The rest of it works fine.
