Perfboard/stripboard layout software or small parts library?

I am searching the archives and so far I have only found this template:

But I have also seen some super nice looking stripboard layouts and was wondering if there is something out there I can use to design some layouts with. I haven't the time for etching much these days, am wanting to do a lot of experimenting, and have decent enough soldering skills to handle perfing most things just from the schematic. However, I'd really like to layout some more complex stuff before laying parts.
Anyway is there anything available or are these being done with some fancy CAD program with it's own big learning curve?
