Hi everybody I would like to say thanks for all the help.!!

What I wanted to ask you about is if any one of you have a layout/schematic for a clean octave up(or down)? All I have found are with fuzz, and that is not really my thing.

And also if anyone could help me with a feedback loop I would like to have a mix knob on(wet/dry signal)?

I found this schematic for a blender?(mix) pedal,http://www.seanm.ca/stomp/bblender.html  can this be integrated(I hope you know what I mean.) into a feedback loop somehow?

And do you know what these two DPDT swithes are for in this feedback loop? http://aronnelson.com/gallery/NaBos-Layouts/NaboLoop

Thanks.

So far as anyone here knows, there is no clean octave pedal that a diy-er can build.  If you like programming computers, maybe you could whip up something kinda clean with DSP.

As for the feedback loop "mix" knob, you could use the mix circuit you listed.  Put your clean guitar into the "in," and the "looper" bit in the Send/return part.

It looks to me like the switches are in the looper so you can turn on the loop and leave it OR use the momentary switch to switch it in and out quickly.

If I use the mix circuit how can I make that a feedback loop also?

And what octave pedal can do clean then? If some company makes one

Boss, Zoom.... anyone that makes digital effects has some sort of octave pedal that could qualify as "clean."  It's not like a "twelve-string" clean octave though, it still sounds processed.

I don't think I understand what you're asking.  What do you want it to do?

Although I haven't tried one in the flesh, the little video clip Ton posted of the POG being put through its paces was 'interesting'!    8)

it sure is, but it`s no DIY...
(hey I even bought one 2 months ago, and haven`t even screwed it open...)

  am I getting old? and farty?

Basicly what I want is a feedback loop with a mix knob(between wet/dry signal). I need help to how
Im a newbie(have build one feedback loop and a small clone) so Im not that smart yet.

Ok, so you basically build the "mix" circuit you linked to.  You run your guitar signal into the "in" connection.

There are also "send/return" connections.  connect the send to the input of your feedback loop.  Connect the output of your feedback loop to the "return" on your mixer.

Then you will be able to mix your clean and feedbacked sounds.

Personally, I'd feel frightened to take the back off one, it would probably make me feel very inadequate! :)

Okay I'll try that and then we'll see if it works. is the mix between clean guitar and the feedbacked signal?
Or is it a mix of the signal that goes through the loop(like a true bypass box) and the feedback loop mix?

That's it.  Good luck!

I found this http://www.seanm.ca/stomp/images/minbblender.gifon the same site as the other mix pedal. Can you see if this works the same way? because it seems to be alot easier to build.

Also what size of pedal(enclouser) would you recommend?

Anyone?
or does anyone no of another way of adding a blend knob to this feedback loophttp://experimentalistsanonymous.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=134&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0?
And what value the pot should be and what kind of pot?

Thanks
