My first build !!!. After some debugging, finally it seems to work OK. I used a spanish-made Retex enclosure, very close to the usual Hammomd boxes you can buy in the US, will post pictures as soon as it's finished.

The Red Llama is kind of a boost/OD/fuzz pedal. It's funny because the volume pot also adds fuzz as you turn it up. At medium gain settings sounds like a pushed tweed , full range gritty OD, good for blues or adding some spice to your clean sounds. I don't think it's usable as an all out fuzz pedal. I guess it may be in the same boat as the fuzz head or the black cat.

Next one I'm building is the sili-face. It's amazing how small is the board !!.

Of course, I'm a total rookie at electronics, so I used Dragonfly's layout. I lurk here quite a lot, and thanks to you all I'm using my lunch breaks for something really exciting and profitable.

Congrats !
I'm in haste to see your pedal finished.
Did you try the Red Llama with another dirt device ?

I wish I didn't stop learning spanish

Cool, does that use an unbuffered or buffered 4049 ?

Glad you got this one to work!  Hope you can post a clip.  I've been wanting to build this or the Double D.  I jusy got my first CMOS (CD4049UBE) to work.
