Hi! im New User and i would build the emulator (jcm800 and boogeyman :icon_evil: )

but i have a question:

where i must attack it?

GUITAR -> IN of JCM800 emu and OUT of JCM800 emu -> IN AMPLI

OR

GUITAR -> IN of JCM800 emu and OUT of JCM800 emu -> RETURN of AMPLI ????

Thank you a lot!

MartyMart

Yup, GTR - JCM800/Boogey - Amp or cab simulator/Pod  etc etc ...

They are both VERY fine effects, if I had to choose one favourite, its the JCM800 ... :D

so....

i must connect the out of the JCM800 emu to INPUT of ampli

I think to connect it to the RETURN (send/return) so i can EXCLUDE the PREAMP of my amp...

what you think about this Idea?

MartyMart

The send/return on my amps are at "Line level" and dont work with a pedal, which
is expecting a very tiny GTR level ( 100mili volts ) so lots of nasty "overload distortion"
happens.
With my amps, I can patch in a studio effect, such as a Boss SE-70, which has "line level"
inputs and outputs.

You can try it, but you will probably need to "load down" the send/return to make it work
with any "normal" effect pedal ....
So, use it as GTR - JCM800 - Amp input   just like any other pedal
