Hi, everyone :o

I have a question.

I just maked 'JCM800 Emul (by electrictabs)'.

Can I adopt 'Marshall amp Mods by SCHEMATICHEAVEN.COM' to the 'JCM800 emul'?

https://schematicheavencom.secure.powweb.com/ampmodheaven.htm

please let me know

thanks..

Sure!
Although some mods might be less effective than others, since were dealing with just an emulator here.
Try and find out! Don't forget to report here!  :)

Hey, another happy builder.

I have some mods listed here:

Some of them are from Schematic Heaven.

Thanks, vanhansen!
I knew your great web already.
It's real cool!

and...

How can I remove the tone stack entirely?
Just connect 'Q4 source (4th J201)' to the 'Master Volume(1M)'?

Actually it would be the gate of Q3 to the Master Volume.  Q4 is what drives the tone stack.  On the PCB layout, you can use the Q3 source pad to run a wire to the Master Volume if you omit all the tone stack parts.

Wire SOURCE of Q3 to the master volume...?
Not a DRAIN ??

Oh crap...my bad    I meant to say DRAIN....LOL, not gate.  So yes, the Drain of Q3 to the Master Volume.

If you look at the parts layout, there is a pad right next to the drain of Q3 that connected to the Gate of Q4.  Use Q4's gate hole to run a wire to the Master Volume from the Drain of Q3.  Makes sense?
