More causes of noise in the Pulsar: beware of cheap caps!

Hi!

I'm still teaking this baby, and found (yet) another thing that can make it noisy: :x

the 4.7uf cap (C3 on Tonepad layout) MUST be a good quality electro or tantalum.
Use a cheap one and it will pop like hell.

I just made the mistake of using some cheap Tung capacitors (on 2 boards) and got an horrible noise that disapeared (lowered to the normal noise level of this pedal  :roll: ) when I replaced them with a better quality electro in one board and a tantalum in the other.

My Pulsar wont get a box till I can kill the ticking... I'll give this a shot and see what happens.
