Prescription Electronics Experience schematic?

I want to build a Prescription Electronics Experience pedal but can't find a schematic. I read that it is just a foxx tone machine with a swell circuit. I did find this schematic online:

All other links to a complete schematic are dead. Any tips on a good place to start? I've only worked with pcb so far but I think this would be a fun project.
