Here is a new "How-To":

I hope you like the way the bypass-on-board is implemented. ASAP I am going to look for a direct-from-China source for that DPDT tac switch so that I can lower the price and encourage more people to try it.

Now that I have a consistent platform worked out, I'm starting the re-designs that I have long promised: The Bear Face will appear in a couple of weeks, and then I'll start on the Tremolo and the WM.

I love the on-board switch with the actuator.

It makes it easier to reuse a box.

The re-designs look very promising.  8)

Hey man...that's AWSOME!!! I've just been fiddlin with some stuff and keep and am starting to cram more and more into em BB's, so need more knobs, and your template is perfect!

Great stuff Steve!    :D

I have found that a lot of players prefer a vertical pedal layout on the box as it takes less pedalboard width.  Why don't you do a vertical one as well, like the one on the right in this pic:

Jack--

Thnx for the idea, and I probably will do it when I get down to building something that's definitely four knobs. I might be able to use the "large" board with a cutout for the battery--would leave a lot of space for circuitry, maybe even enough for a simple delay or chorus. But first priority is finishing the Bear Face and then maybe the Trem. If I get all of that done this year and survive Kristmas Krush, I will be a happy...man.
