DS1 noisy

I modify my DS1 to Keeley's Eye Seing mod, after playing for few weeks, it suddenly turn into noisy monster. WHY?

What kind of noise is it? Humming, hissing, or? My first thought is that a connection has come loose somewhere...

No connection loose. It is totally hiss and all kind of noise. The clipping LED is stil blinking. I cant ever hear the notes clearly. The sound is messed up.
