Professor Tweed JFET voltage - HELP PLZ

Hi,

my professor tweed's trimpot (the first one) won't get to 4.5v as suggested in ROG.  The first trimpot (with the J201) reads around 2.2v and the two others read fine (around 4.45v).  I just don't know what to do.  I checked the solders, seems fine, the JFET isn't fried for sure, so if there is something else I can do please help!
