Acoustic 360+ PCB layout

Do any of you fine folks happen to have a PCB layout for the Acoustic 360?  I have a couple of versions that I got from J.C. Maillet's site, but they have the components on them.  I'm hoping someone can hook me up with a ready-for-toner-transfer file.  I'm pulling my hair out using MS-Paint and Photoshop and I'm just not able to get it right--no components and proper scaling.

Unless of course, someone has any tips on how to edit components out quickly using either program.  Or is pixel-by-pixel the only way to do it?

Any help?
