Op-amp Substitution?

Hi fellas,

Can a JRC4558 be substituted with any of the following IC's - TL072, LM358N, NE5532?

  At all times, except the times it might tend to be a problem.
  Not too sure about the LM358, I have one, is it also a dual like the others?
  The 5532 draws lots of current.
  Check out the data sheets, just the top line tells most of the OA's 'story', usually.

I've found these two data sheets and to my very untrained eye the circuits on page two of the linked docs look very similar to me.

I think the LM358 is a dual version of the LM324.
