Tonepad Rangemaster Question

Hi all, I made a Rangemaster from GGG like it and it worked great.  I've decided to make one for a friend using the tonepad layout.  Heres my question(two actually)  Got my oc44 from smallbear with specified resistor values on the layout http://www.tonepad.com/getFile.asp?id=83 thats the RB1 and Re right?  And I want to make switchable tone caps which cap,is it C2 the input cap?
