Hello... Does anyone here knows how to mod the Dunlop GCB-95 to make it work as a volume pedal when bypassed and then a Wah pedal when engaged??? Is it possible??? THanks.  :)

The main problem, I think, would be that you would want to use the pot in both circuits. You might need extra switches or relays or something to pull that off...

I dunno...ask the experts!

I think theres a 4.7uF capacitor somewhere (next to a 82k/100k resistor), that if defective, turns the thing into a volume pedal.

You could just get rid of the bypass and have the thing always on, and use the switch for just turning that capacitor on/off

www.tonepad.com has a PCB with this mod along with Q adjustment and buffers.
builds completed: boutique fuzz, rangemaster, BSIAB2, PT-80, Tonepad wah, Ross Comp, Axis Fuzz, MOSFET boost, Thunderchief, Big Muff (triangle), Mr. EQ, Dr. Boogey,  Neovibe, Dist+, EA Tremelo, ADA Flanger, RM Octavia

Make these modifications to it and you'll have a wah/volume pedal. Basically, you're taking the 4.7uF cap out of the circuit.

YOu mean all I need to do is unearth the 4.7uf caps from the pcb?

Basically. Check out the "Mister Crybaby" schematic here: http://www.fortunecity.com/tinpan/humperdinck/223/effect.htm
Apparently, that schematic can't be directly linked.
EDIT: Oh, now they show up?! Oh, now they don't... what the heck?  :x
