New Woody pcb and layout

I started on this using Mark's schematic before I found Munky's and Gringo's nice layouts....oh well, it's just a different version.  I haven't acquired the ICs yet.  I'll post a build report when I'm done.  Please let me know if the power supply/two 9v looks ok.
