Is connecting the charge pump to the PT-80 as simple as it looks (neg to neg / pos to pos) or are there a few caviats?  I plan to use a 9V adapter and no battery.  Although this is build number 4, I'm a bit hesitant to begin this due to the $$$ tied up in the chips.  However, I assume the diodes in place are to prevent reverse polarity.

Thanks for any advice!

Yes just that simple, but my build was a mess coz i end up having tons of noice and feedbacks. I agree the chips cost alot in PT80. One of the most expensive build for me

Hopefully, I can avoid the feedback issues you experienced
