Hi Folks,

Trying to help a friend fix one of these analog delays.  Anyone have a line on the schematic?  All help appreciated.  Thanks.

Joe,
You mean the Yamaha E1005 do you not? (the simpler version of the E1010)?

Hi Mike,

Well, I haven't seen the unit yet, but I assume that if there's no such thing as the "1005" then it must be the E1005.  (By my friend's report, it has no tone control, so it's probably the simpler one.)   I hope my post wasn't misleading because of that.  At any rate, still need the schemo. . . .

Joe,
Accidentally posted a reply to the wrong thread. I have the right-hand half of the E1010 schemo on a floppy... unfortunately the other file (the left half) has been corrupted. Can send if you wish. I'd say it is extremely likely some other listmembers have good copies of both files... maybe you should start a new thread  "Yamaha E1005 or E1010 Analog Delay schemo needed".

Hi Mike,

Does your half-schemo show the power supply?  I think this is where the problem of the unit in question is supposed to lie.  Otherwise, I think I'll repost again as you suggest.  Thanks.

Joe,
Yup - the good file does include the power supply. Also pictures of the different  semiconductors used. What's the best way to send it? PM your email address perhaps?
Cheers, Mike

Hey Mike,

If you could just email it, that would be great!

Hey Mike, that E1010 half schematic possible came from me a while back. I may have joined the two halves together at some point, I'll see this evening.
