quick stripboard question

I'm just getting into stripboard and I'm about to order some but they have it listed by size not by rows x columns.
How much is 50 x100mm in rows or columns (guesstimates are fine)

I looked at the board that Aron is selling, they are 2"x3" (50mm x 76mm) and have 19 x 34 holes http://diystompboxes.com/cart/stripboard1.jpg
