Hi Everyone,

I hope someone can help me with the folowing.
I am in the process of modifying a USA Big Muff Pi (build 2001 PCB version EC3003)
I wanted to make it true bypass, but while i was at it i thought i might as well upgrade the tonestack caps along with some others.
On the generalguitargadgets site I found the mods, wich are:

1.  As suggested on R.G.'s schematic:  replace the 1.0uf caps with 0.1uf
caps.  Reference numbers on the parts layout are: C1, C3, C4, C6,C13
2. As suggested on R.G.'s schematic: replace the 0.1uf caps with 1.0uf
cap.s  Reference numbers on the parts layout are:  C5 and C8
3. Here is a very popular, good sounding tone stack mod. Replace the
  C9 & C10 capacitors with this values:
  C9  - 0.022uF
  C10 - 0.1uF

The problem is that the reference numbers don't match up with the PCB I have. (there obviously for the Big Muff PCB on generalguitargadgets.com)
Can anyone help me find the correct reference numbers for the EC3003 PCB? (used in the USA reissue)

Greetings and thank you for your time!
It's supposed to sound that way.

Well what do U want to reach exactly?

Easy to post I want the perfect tone without specifing what it should look like.
Or just follow the mods U posted and see what happends.

The tone stack capacitors are the ones that connect to the... dun dun daah ...tone control.

Trace out the circuit from the input using the GGG schematic. ie input goes to this first resistor which goes to this cap which splits to two paths which go to etc etc etc.
All the grounds will join together and then to the chassis, power goes to power input goes to input output goes to output, you just have to do some work.

PS are the values written on the caps?, if so then learn the codes.
