Getting the box to look right

Although its tricky, waterslide decals printed and cut out to cover the entire face of the box have delivered the most consistent pro looking results for me. There are no visible lines around the decals this way.

I'm digging this thread.     Nelson, do you have a particular supplier?  This place looks good: http://www.decalpaper.com/ but their shipping is a pisser.

I get them out of a local art shop or sometimes ebay.
