Blue Box on Tonepad

Is the Blue Box on Tonepad 1 or 2 octaves down? The official website says the Blue Box is 2 down, but there are talks about a 2 octave mod at Tonepad... so I'm a little confused.

The Blue Box derives one octave down, by dividing the input frequency by 2, then derives an octave below that by dividing by 2 again.  It is possible to mod the pedal to feed the first division to the output, or have a switch to select between one or 2 octaves down, but the normal stock setting is to feed the result of the second octave division to the blend pot.
