Really annoying static-y noise in my pedal

Hey guys-
I've got the Tube Reamer from ROG up, running, and boxed. Now, when I had this circuit out of a box and testing, it worked fine, no real interference and was quite quiet. Since putting it in the box and using it a couple times (with no major static or noises), it's become really noisy and static-like. It emits a very high pitched whine when I touch the input jack or lug 2 of a 3pdt. Ideas of what I should check? I am at a loss. I read through ground loop and the like information.   Pretty much like any other pedal debug, taking pin voltage readings, audio probing...maybe losing the case, at least youv'e found the problem , that's the way I try to look at it, anyway .
