Here is a link to the ones that can be removed without desoldering. There was discussion of these a while ago, but I don't think a suplier was around that would sell single ones.

They look kinda funny with so much threading exposed on the side of a unit. So... when I used them I found some THICK washers to put on the inside of the box to take up some of the extra threading that was exposed on the side of the box.

  Most of the mountable components are made for mounting into various thickness sheets, so they put a little more thread than we generally use on them.
  Moving those extra threads to the inside of the box reduces the boxes profile, and makes the knobs fit nearer the surface, improving appearance IMO.
