Hello!
Is it possible to mount a Boss CH-1 into the BB size enclosure to make it `true bypass`? I like the sound of this pedal, but it totally ruins the direct signal. Aren`t the pots, jacks etc. firmly connected to the  board?

Thanks!

It's not really worth doing IMO.  I own this pedal myself and don't hear much of a difference with it on or bypassed.  The Boss switching system is actually damn reliable and it's not a bad idea, in fact recommended, to have at least one buffered pedal in your chain.  Doesn't hurt to have more.

I use Boss SD-1 and BluesDriver, these pedals are OK,but I can hear a diffrence with CH-1 and the Tuner when bypassed. Both CH-1 and TU-2 are great pedals, but I can`t use them because of that.

Rather than risking the pedal, cause you'd have to find the flip flop circuitry and all that jazz, do one of two things.

-build a bypass box and put the Chorus and tuner through the bypass box loop
-OR-
-build an external buffer circuit, such as the Simple IC Buffer or the Transistor based buffer from General Guitar Gadgets.  Either one will work. Put it in the chain right after your last pedal and it'll kick some life back in to the signal.  You'll be pleasantly surprised and wonder how you've gone without one.
