i managed to hook up the fuzz central's buffer, one ground goes to the board and the other to the pot's first solder lug.

at this point it gets freaky...
i hooked up the wah and it actually sounded good for about 10 seconds and that more and more noise started to go into the signal until i can't hear wah anymore only noise that is very similar to the noise that a bad germanium transistor puts out. something like rain drops on the cable and there are some pop noises as well. what the hell is going on??? i checked everything twice and it's a fact that it worked in the begining.

Not all manufacturers apply the same pinout to the same part. Some even deliver several pinouts for the same device.  So, unless you're sure you have the same brand, same type, same production line, I'd get a datasheet from the manufacturer and/or test the device. Actually, that's a good idea anyway - double checking pays.
