I used a BS170...just slapped the first one I found in the socket.

Nice build Bean,
I used both BS170 and the cheaper one 2N7000 but this one orientation is reverse. Both same result so I pulled out my BS170 as my reserve for coming project co'z its the only one I got. :icon_wink
BTW try the MAY QUEEN BOOSTER too.
