Help with Millenium 2 and BS170

Hi,
I'm having problems with Millenium 2 board. Did I wire BS170 ok?

Is there any way to check if FET is DSG or DGS?

I guess I wired it backwards then.
The second transistor acts low leakage diode (collector-base junction)

Gotcha :icon_wink: couldn't tell how you had the second one connected by the pic.
