when I bypass a boss sd1(drive and level past the half) or a big muff with this loop box it works but I hear some strange squeals , what's happening ?
when not bypassed the box works well (no squeals)

What other effects/amps are you using, and in what order? Do you get the same problem if you disconnect the SD1 completely?

When using the regular SD1 bypass, the signal is buffered. You could have some kind of problem (RF-interference, oscillation, ...) which the buffer helps preventing. When you true bypass the SD1, the buffer is gone, so the problem appears. I suppose the same goes for the Big Muff.
