Are these Ge diodes good for anything? /pic/

I found a dozen these today when diging into one of my parts boxes in the basement. These are RFT's /yes, that tube company/ 2GA113 Ge diodes.
Do you have any experience with similar diodes and are they suitable for those projects where Ge diodes are needed?

That looks like a Ge signal diode. For what we do around here, a Ge is a Ge is a Ge for the most part.
