  Daft...after all the 'clinical testing' I'd done with this, overcoming powering up an Eq and Echo Park, I found something I'd missed. Don't even know what it is, it's moot.
  The power VS One Spot Power Adapter, in preliminary, secondary auxillary tests, is lighting all the LED's that I was having trouble with. I haven't checked the noise, but will soon.
  I just wanted to correct my own self, the VSOS to performed as advertised.

  At any rate it is working now = had to be user error :icon_redface:.
  ...Well I corrected the issues I was having, and should point out this adapter Has been modified...originally inverting all daisy chained plugs, to run all my Clones from, which all have - to barrel on DC jacks [all NPN NEg Gnd.], then re-inverting a couple to run 'Standard' polarity [center pin -]on two plugs [still all NPN Neg Gnd IIUC].
