Is it ok to use condor from line-out of my amp to line-in of sound card for recording?
Thanks

I haven't tried it, but 9V is probably not enough headroom for line out (it would distort a lot). If the line out has a level control, you could turn it down a lot to avoid overdriving the Condor, but that would also add a bit of noice.

However, from the schematic it looks like it is possible to run the Condor at more than 9V. As long as the caps can take it, I think it would be possible to run someting like 18V. You would have to adjust the trimpot to bias the transistor, but otherwise you would probably not need to change anything.

I intend to build a Condor to use with the line out of an amp I'm building, so I will experiment with this later on.
