Hello,
It`s the third time I`m building the MQ Booster, this time on perfboard.I`ve socketed almost all caps and all trannies, and also put a small cap
across the gate-drain of JFet to reduce the hiss of the circuit.I know it`s a high gain device and may have some backround noise, but I would like to get rid off the hiss noise.Has anyone else had these kind of problems with this thing? And If you have any ideas to solve this problem,
I would greatly appreciate it?

By the nature of what it is designed to do, I dont think you can eliminate the hiss on this pedal without changing the intended tone of the pedal.  I've done pretty much the same as you said and used decent components but the hiss is still there.  I have it on my pedalboard at the moment but it's behind an ISP Decimator so the hiss isnt a worry.

Cheers,
Nick,
