Fixed: Help me debug my DS-1 mod. Audio probbed and found where signal ends

Edit: This has been fixed. I spent a couple of hours on it and found that the metal pot casing for the distortion was grounding against the metal enclosure. Pics and sound report will be up soon 

Hi i've modded my DS-1 with three 5-way rotary switches. Two of them to choose between the following clipping diodes:
1. Ge
2. Si
3. LED
4. Tube
5. Lift

and the 3rd to choose the smoothing c10 cap value.

Plugged in and tested and it doesn't seem to be working. So I used an audio probe to locate the problem. Right now I'm stuck at the output of the second opamp in the BA782N. Here's what I've traced from my pcb:


I have a soft sound coming from pin 3, and a loud sound coming from pin 1, 2 and 5.

However, there is no sound coming from pin 6 and 7. Is my IC dead?

I've been referring to this schemetic, but it features the TA7136. I'll just put it here if it helps:

I'm so close to finishing this! Can't wait to try out all the different combinations of diodes. Argh! Help!

I just measured the voltage readings at the pins.

It's 4.3V at pins 1, 2 and 5
and 0.9V at pin 3
pin 6 and 7 is at 0V.

I did not touch any of the circuitry other than D4, D5 and C10. No idea what the problem is.

cool! I got a mint TS9 RI from ebay a few months back with the same problem. When I contacted the seller he said that it just didn't work. It had one of the pots shorting out against the enclosure like your pedal did. Best $20 I ever spent!

I'm verry interested in the sound samples because I'm modding my DS-2, or should I say fine-tune ?
This can give me an idea of how differend diodes sound in a pedal like this.
