TS 808

Hi, I'm fairly new at building stompboxes. I have built several (all perfboard) but I'm having trouble with the latest. The TS808 clone from General Guitar Gadgets. When I switch it on, The level works, the tone works, but I'm getting absolutely no drive. Just a clean signal. turning the drive pot does nothing to the signal at all. I have checked the circuit on the board over & over, but I'm stumped. This is the first time I have built one that I can't debug. Could someone please help me. I have lost much sleep over this...

Recheck your connection on the gain pot and the stuff in the feedback loop of the opamp. It's gotta be something there if you are getting level and tone.
