I need one volunteer who has some time.

I have a layout for the EH polyphase finished and checked on paper many times, believed to be error free.

So, who wants to volunteer?

Its a big build that just fits in a 1590BB.

I have some CLM8200/2 which I can trade if thats a problem although they are available at banzai, however VTL5C3/2 will also work.

I should probably add that the polyphase is a 6 stage phaser that has an envelope controlled LFO aswell as standard LFO function. Its wide open for mods, envelope controlled vibrato etc.

Depends on the part list really. I'll probably need to order some CLM8200/2 but that shouldnt be a problem.
Most likely I could have it done in a few days...

pcb or vero ?
i have vtl5c3/2 at hand

Yupp, that'd be a 'Badmo' for a phaser lover like me...
I did up a Jfet 6 stager once, going to all that trouble wiring the phase stages, LED/LDR and nice LFO control would have been a 'better' way to go with it...the thing phased, but never really 'got off the ground...
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

Its a PCB layout, doing this on vero would be ludicriously impractical.

send me an email I will send it off lowstar and pete.

For those that are building this.

I verified this build tonight.

I used CLM8200/2 and an LM358 instead of the 1458. I used an 18vdc (actually my flanger hoax) adapter and used a regulator to get the necessary 15v.

It is seriously funky in envelope mode. This is one great phase shifter!

The feedback could do with having an added trimpot, it easily goes into runaway feedback, although that is quite cool in envelope mode! I havent boxed it up yet, so I was getting a nice phase shifted radio station. With the power supply filtering the layout seems noise free but it could have been masked by the radio station. I didnt notice any LFO bleedthrough, which is pretty amazing considering the thing has 2 LFO's and an envelope section.

I have left the thermistor out, being fed by hot pick ups it does distort if you really hit the strings (originally spec'd for 1v input signal), but the optos are fine. I wouldnt feed it with a high amplitude signal though.

The 10K trimpot should be adjusted to 6.7v.

I am going to try and condense the layout some more as it is 2-3mm too wide for a 1590BB. I will release it and send it to Alessandro at toppiccione for hosting.
