colorsound wah parts?

Hello guys, this is a pretty 'stupid' question so please bear with me.

I want to build a colorsound wah. From the schematic i have the capacitors need are as follows:

       .01uF (10nF)  (x 2)
       .0022uF
   .0068uF(6n8)
   15nF
   .1uF(100nF)
   .0022uF(2n2)

Problem is that at smallbearelec.com the capacitors values are not listen in uF or nF and i don't know how to convert. Can someone please give me the 'useable' values for these? Also what type of capacitor do i need? poly film? silver mica? I have no idea....

Can someone please explain the difference of poly film, orange drop, silver mica, ect and what they should be used for?
