I build the PT-80 using GGG's layout. Used a 3PDT and the charge pump also on GGG. The pump is only putting out 15v is this a problem? Also, when I switch the pedal on I get no delay just my dry guitar signal? Checked my wiring and its fine, used the NE570 (and the PT2399 of course) ic and the MAX1044 for the pump. Any quick suggestions? I killed my audio probe so I haven't had a chance to do that yet. Thanks!

Here are my voltages. Could someone look at these at tell me if they look correct, please. Thanks!

Ok I've now tried 2 different PT2399's, 2 different TL072's, and 2 different Ne570's and still no delay?

After doing a bit of searching the PT2399 seems like it may be easily dammaged. Maybe I could have 2 bad PT2399's. The signal that is passed through when the pedal is switched on very clean and unaffected.

Sorry to do this but I thought I'd give my thread one more chance. Sooooo, BUMP.

Chances are the internal clock isn't running. Check the connections around the variable resistor that controls the delay. Everything else looks ok from what I can tell. You didn't forget a jumper or something?

I started out with nothing... I still have most of it.

Thanks John! I got it working! Turned out to be a little solder had bled over to a trace it wasn't supposed to touch. I probably wouldn't had found it without trying your suggestion! This pedal is awesome (gotta figure out how to rid it of the crazy runaway feedback though).

you'll find a cure for feedback on rebote delay 2.5 schems on tonepad. nit if you listen to quadrant 4 and tommy bolin, it's a feature.
