ide like to boost the output on my lhx2 marshall sim to line level for direct recording to my soundcard. im using the non-cab sim out(opamp14). if i lowered the resistence in the feedback loop of opamp 14 could i acheive line level without effecting the sound? right now im getting -10db on the recording level without using a mic/instament booster. thanks in advance.---tom

I don't know the circuit but in general you would need to increase the feedback resistance to increase gain.  I wouldn't have thought it would affect the sound provided that particular stage does nothing other than provide a buffered output or some gain.  It would be easy enough to try it.

i figured it would work but wasnt sure it would reach line level.---tom
