Hi there, it's been a while since I was here but here's a video that might interest you.

It has some wiers sounds using a delay modeler and a podxt Live, the video is 8,5 mb (mpeg4 video) so better rightclick and save
if you wanna view.

Forum specific "opinion" marketing???

It's the new thing...

whythisreason?

I watched the video, and I regrett to say I dindn't hear one single "weird" sound...  :P
Just a guy whaling away and using the DL-4 to change the delay times.
I don't like that "fixed wah+whale" sound, mayebe that's got something to do with it.

To get weird noise from a delay, put it in series with another two delays, then run the output to the input.
Oh, and leave the guitar at home.....

or just get a delay that self oscillates.... damn man the body movements are bloody hilarious :)

Personal foul:  too many fingers on the fretboard at one time!  I agree, not really weird sounds, just some delay manipulation.  And as much as I love the Line6 stuff, I can't stand that buzzy tone that is screaming "Run me through some tubes!"

;D
