The pedal is true bypass with 1 meg input impedance. When this effect is placed in front of my amp it makes a slight pop when turning it on/off, it's not that bad but loud enough to hear it.

When putting it in the effects loop though it makes a very LOUD pop when switching it on/off. I'm not sure if it has a 1Meg to ground bleed resistor on the input so I might try that but can anyone explain why it's so much louder in the effects loop ?? My other pedals do not seem to have this problem.

Thanks !!

If a 1 meg to ground bleed resistor on the input does not help with the popping is there anything else that can be done to eliminate it ? I love the delay this pedal has and would like to use it in a live setting so I want to get rid of the popping.

Thanks
