Help Voltagem Doubler. 9 to 18volt to TS-808 (layout is here)

hello personal this circuit is to give more voltage to TS-808, he is working. 
more has a problem. 
the sound is with a small " whistle ", well in the bottom of the sound.

There is a way to increase the oscilator frequency out of the audible range.  Doesnt appear as if you have done it in the layout.
