Line-out for Ruby

I just got the parts for my next build (Ruby amp). I had originally planned to hardwire it to some speakers, but now I want to put in a headphone line-out, and perhaps a speaker line out to drive an external cab.

My question is what do I need to add a headphone line out AND a speaker line out, and how would I do it?
