you will have very little effect from this modification...

  I'm pretty sure that one works better with the suggested components, my first one was done with less that spec LDR's and Red LED's, the second one seems to sweep deeper.

Yes pete, most pedals work better with suggested components. I just don't have access to any LDR's in town, I'd have to wait for an internet order. I want to build it right away and happen to have two old ones in an old optical volume pedal.

So it won't sweep as deep? Is it still noticeable?

..it will then be an easyvibe-45...like phase-90 and phase-45...build the whole circuit and add the LDRs when you get them..
