JFET replacement, NEED HELP

I need a replacement for this :

JFET or FET :

030J

The black filling is shipped of in one spot and I can see some of the metal parts inside, so I think it's not working anymore lol!

What's it used in?  I'm having no luck with google.  Maybe the application would shed some light on what a workable substitution may be.
