I can find tons of threads with people talking about it but I haven't seen which resistor value is connected directly to the LED (pink wire)...any help would be great...I got the soldering iron all warmed up haha

The pink wire in mine (TS-9 RI) goes to an 8.2k resistor.
This schem. shows a 3.6k:

May be the original?

I'm almost certain mine's leading to a 360k  but i dont wanna replace the wrong one...shouldn't this LED series resistor be the same on each TS9??  This is really bizarre but thanks!

Fret Wire

100 ohm, in conjunction with a zener diode.

Yep. I just re--checked, and mine is 8.2k. (gray/red/red). From there it goes to a zener diode like the schematic. I checked the resistance with a DVOM to make sure. Strange. I wonder why the difference?

If you are replacing the LED, just use whatever value corresponds to the new LED's ratings.

Augh, Fret Wire says its the 100 ohm and the schematic says its the 3.6k and they're right next to each other!  Ah, i dont know which one deals right with the LED...
