Signal-Killer Pedal

hi.  i just joined this site.  i am for sure a newby.  im here to learn how to build (or buy) a trem pedal that only engages when the stomp is held down (no click).  and i want it to completely kill the signal and turn it back on when held down... like a fast stutter effect.  The only knob would need to control the speed.  The depth should remain as high as possible at all times.  Chop Chop ChoppEE.  do you know where i can find something like this?  or what direction i could go to do so.

You'll need a momentary DPDT for true bypass (no LED needed 'cause your foot will indicate it pretty well) like this:

As for the "killer effect", you'll just need a tremolo with a squarewave LFO. Cant' point you at something but I'm sure someone will.
