Oooh 10 outputs, pretty deluxe. Do they come with the transformer? Are they stuffed? All 9v outputs? Dimensions? Whats the A in PCBA? All these questions...

Yes, the Transformer comes with it... they are fully stuffed and working.
Ten qty, 10 volt DC outputs
Dimensions = 6 1/16"x 6 1/16"x 1 7/8
PCBA = printed circuit board assembly

Digital pedals want 9.6 volts... 10 volts is the closest thing.
