Foxx Tone Machine ?

I just built this   http://aronnelson.com/gallery/Toneys-Album/Foxxv4   and have no sound. I noticed Q1 collector is .22 volts instead of approx. 2.22. All other voltages are in the ballpark of what's been posted. Where would i look to up the voltage on Q1's collector. Also would this give me no sound or do i have other problems ?  thanks for any info ---- steve b.

The first thing I would check is your connections, especially that you have a good ground connection everywhere.

 Ok, check you in pinout on the trannies.
Check R6 is the correct value.
Go over your build with a magnifying glass for soldering errors.
Clean between the vero strips and check for shorts with a DMM.
Check wiring.

Then.... if no joy, post as per the sticky at the top of the page.
